Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. Sarah's Discounts ships worldwide from the United Kingdom. Every product page lists the exact postage service and cost taken from the original listing, and international orders are sent with Royal Mail International Standard or a tracked equivalent. Delivery addresses in the UK, Europe, the USA, Canada, Australia and most other countries are all supported at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

UK orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day and arrive in 2–3 working days. Europe typically takes 5–10 working days, and the rest of the world 7–15 working days. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and can be longer during busy periods or when a parcel is held in customs.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. The postage service used for each item is also shown in the Shipping line of the product description, so you can see what to expect before you add anything to your basket.

Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as your parcel is dispatched we email you a confirmation with tracking details where the chosen service includes tracking. Untracked economy services show a dispatch confirmation only.

What is your returns policy?

You have a 30 day return window from the day your order arrives. If you change your mind, simply contact us within 30 days and return the item unused, unopened and in its original sealed packaging, and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

How do I return an item?

Email us with your order number and the item you would like to return and we will reply with the return address and instructions. Post the item back within 30 days of delivery. Return postage is paid by the buyer unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described, in which case we cover the cost.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are processed within 2 working days of your return arriving with us and are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer it can take a further 3–5 working days for the money to appear on your statement.

Which items cannot be returned?

For hygiene reasons, cosmetics, skincare, fragrance and first aid products that have been opened, used or had their seal broken cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Unopened, sealed items are always covered by the 30 day window.

Yes. Every product is 100% genuine and sourced from authorised UK stock. Items are supplied brand new and sealed unless the listing explicitly states otherwise, and brands include bareMinerals, M·A·C, NARS, Rhode, Estée Lauder, Dior, Lancôme, La Roche-Posay, CeraVe, EltaMD, Olaplex and Drunk Elephant.

Why are your prices lower than the high street?

We buy discontinued shades, short-dated stock, overstock and clearance lines directly from UK suppliers and pass the saving on. The products are identical to those sold at full price — only the price tag is different.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Checkout accepts all major debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and we never see or store your card details.

Will I have to pay customs or import duty?

Accepted Answer

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may attract import duty, VAT or handling fees charged by the destination country. These charges are set by your local customs authority, are not included in our prices, and are the responsibility of the buyer.

What if my order arrives damaged or is missing?

Accepted Answer

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage or packaging and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any return postage. If a tracked parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.

No. You can check out as a guest with just an email address and a delivery address. You will still receive order confirmation and dispatch emails.
